REDMA’s professional staff are Executive Coaches who are International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited. We provide individual and team coaching activities for Executives around the world. REDMA coaching activities can be done face to face or virtually. We also conduct executive coaching training for executives and support their accreditation process with ICF.
In the areas of Executive Coaching REDMA carries out two main activities:
Professional leadership coach training for executives.
The programme is meant to allow executives to become the best leader of their
Inner Teams and in that vein, support staff to develop their own leadership
capacity. In addition, the programme supports executives to be accredited by one
of the of the highest standards of certified coaches in the world – International
Coaching Federation.
One on one executive and team coaching activities
The programme is to assist staff members to unlock their potential and expand their capacity to achieve stretch goals and to bring about real change in performance.
