He has been an assessor, facilitator and consultant for over 25 years specialising in Human Resource and Organisational Development. He develops and conducts Assessment and Development Centres for the recruitment and development of senior executives of various organisations. He has worked extensively for the UN System as an Executive Assessor in both the recruitment of Resident Coordinators/Representatives around the world and development of senior managers. He is an experienced facilitator in management and leadership skills development at different levels. He has conducted workshops in over 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Pacific Islands. He has also conducted retreats for Board of Directors and Senior Management including UN Heads of Agencies in team building, visioning and strategic planning. He works closely with organisations to help them align strategies and goals to their vision and mission while cascading them down to the operational levels. Patrick is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has vast experience in Executive Coaching in various areas of management and leadership. He has used various instruments including 360-degree feedback, MBTI, OPQ, and Ability Tests as a basis for coaching executives and staff members to unlock their potential and expand their capacity to achieve stretch goals and to bring about real change in performance.
Isaac is a certified HR consultant, assessor and trainer with 12 years actively participating at assessing, interviewing and facilitation. He is a Competency Analyst and regularly supports work to design competency frameworks and assessment materials. He leads recruiting projects to prepare job advert, screen and interview job applicants, and liaise with clients. He also interprets to test-takers various technical reports from personality and ability tests. For many years now he has provided expert follow-up feedback and hands-on support to participants after assessments and training. He has assessed and trained middle, senior managers, professionals and senior executives in leading, managing, team building and communication skills. His expertise draws on over 30 years professional and management experience up to department head level managing over forty staff.
Shathiso is a Principal Consultant at REDMA with over 13 years of experience in the assessment of candidates at the middle to executive management levels in the Public Sector, Private Sector and Regional Organisations like SADC and SACU. She has also assisted in the development of Assessment Centre Processes and Succession Planning interventions for various organisations which involves among other things, conducting job analyses, developing competencies and exercises, and training assessors and role-players. She is trained in the DACUM (Developing a Curriculum) methodology and has conducted several workshops geared at developing Technical Competencies for different cadres using this methodology. Shathiso has also conducted various training interventions targeted at improving leadership and supervisory skills as well as enhancing competency-based interviewing techniques. She has also been involved in facilitation processes for various Ministries and parastatal organisations in Botswana, Tanzania, Swaziland and Rwanda. Trained as a Results Coach, she also has experience in coaching young professionals and has a keen interest in health and wellness coaching.
